I had to have this soundtrack, even before I saw the movie, I knew I was going to love it and want it. I can't BELIEVE those few negative reviews I read about the songs from Frozen. "Many of the songs were not memorable," they said. Wow. Frozen is way up their with Tangled. I may even like Frozen more than Tangled, but they're both so different and wonderful and funny in their own ways, I couldn't possibly choose. Anyway, gorgeous GORGEOUS soundtrack. I can't stop listening to it over and over. Not a few weeks later, I bought the soundtrack for my friend's birthday. She absolutely loved it as well! (though, i don't see anyone loving Frozen and its music more than me ;)

Very awesome movie! Except...well, I have issues with the way the movie handled things (like the plot, for instance), but it'd be too much to go into here without Spoiler warnings. Loved the animation, loved the music, liked the characters as they were (still not too keen on the royal parents...oy, what twits), even if I thought they could have been handled/arranged/presented/etc. a bit differently, but if I could do that consistently, I'd be the one writing the scripts... ;-> Definitely loved the "big ticket" song of "Let It Go"; I can see why several other singers out there like to do covers of it. Which brings us to the album, finally...loved the music, but the only issue I have with it at all is the same one I always have with Disney albums, and it drives me bananas: the English-lyric songs are all piled up right up front (there are other actual songs in the soundtrack, but they get shunted to the instrumental back of the bus since they're not in English...), regardless of where they actually fell in the movie. It's really jarring, in many ways, like seeing a movie in the sequence it was shot in before editing puts the scenes where they all belong in the timeline of the story (Hollywood spoiler alert: if a director needs scenes shot 10 times in one location, he or she will do all 10 of those, then move on to another location where 12 might be needed, etc.; the editing process shuffles those in to where they belong: one scene in Location A, two in Location B, back to Location A, and so on. It's prohibitively expensive to film it otherwise [and it's better for visual continuity], but soundtracks have no excuse). So yeah, great music, 5 stars for quality, but one star back for needing to hear Disney albums on something where I can program the list order. :-/

We listen to this all the time in the car. I love hearing the different versions of Let It Go, along with the other songs from the movie. My kids love it. We don't buy a lot of soundtracks (I think we own 3), and this was definitely worth the purchase. I'd buy it again in an instant.

I saw the movie with my daughter, son-in-law and my great-grandchild, 4 years old. We all absolutely loved it so the move obviously has universal appeal. I play the cd as I am cleaning and sing along with it to make the time go faster. While "Let it Go" is obviously a favorite, the character of the snowman just makes my day, and I dance along to "In Summer!" while scrubbing the kitchen floor. Many thanks to Disney for a lovely movie and delicious songs, with such a gentle message.

Ich finde es total toll, dass neben den Liedern auch noch die restliche Filmmusik enthalten ist. Wer den Film gesehen hat und genauso liebt wie ich, dem kann ich diese CD nur empfehlen. (Die englische Version ist außerdem um einiges besser als die Deutsche).

英語バージョンを購入。日本語版より少し安く買えました。が、娘は日本語版が良かったらしいです。

Je ne trouve pas les mélodies très accrocheuses. Je regrette le travail d'Alan Menken ! Ou alors, ça rappelle trop certaines mauvaises comédies musicales comme "Wicked" où les chanteuses crient plus qu'elles ne chantent.
