Low expectations are the best
I think low expectations are great! Why try to rise to meet high expectations and stress yourself out? These sticky notes will let everyone know your philosophy so there aren't any misunderstandings right out of the gate. Smaller than expected, but those were my high expectations letting me down. Dang.
