MAKES DELICIOUS TOAST
When I first went gluten-free 13 years ago because of a gluten allergy, the breads that were available were like cardboard. I learned to bake gluten free, but, I had to buy a myriad of flours and such to do so. It was expensive and filled up my pantry and most of the bread was small and really couldn't make a sandwich. I found a great gluten-free bread mix that I could make in the bread machine but, recently, I ran out of it and have had trouble finding it again. I decided to take a chance on packaged bread once again and I am glad I did! This is delicious! I usually toast it and spread it with jelly or cream cheese or hummus and two slices make a nice breakfast. I've yet to try it for sandwiches, but, I'm sure it will work out fine. BTW, I've tried other gluten-free breads that just didn't satisfy like Rudi's does!

Not a fan of the taste or texture.
Wish I could give 0. I haven’t tried a bunch of gluten free (as I have just this year started getting sick when eating it) but I hated this bread. To me, there was a fishy taste when I ate as toast with my eggs. I made stuffing out of most this loaf and the bread broke down so quickly with the liquids introduced, it ended up a soggy dish. I mixed and baked trying to dry out a bit with GF bread crumbs and it got better but still not good.

Keeps great. I take a couple of pieces out
I keep mine frozen because i do not eat bread very often. May be twice a week. Keeps great. I take a couple of pieces out, microwave for about 15 sec, turn over, microwave the other side 10-15 sec. Mine comes out to have a fairly good texture. I never eat the other junk off of the shelves- corn syrup, wheat, preservatives, blah blah blah.Wish it was bigger. I love this multigrain!

My bread and butter.
I lean heavily on this bread; you've gotta toast it a little bit at minimum or it'll crumble apart. I've only had one bread ever that didn't require toasting. This stuff is great for croutons, nice sandwiches and has a slightly sweet nutty taste.
