I had my eye on this necklace before my baby arrives. I bought it as soon as my daughter began to teeth. To my surprise, she has no interest chewing it. She's in that age when she puts everything in her month to explore. But this necklace never stays in her mouth for more than a few seconds. As she doesn't like it, there's no point for me to wear it as well. I'm waiting until she's bigger to see whether she'll be interested using this as her necklace, or it'll be my worst baby purchase. And it's not cheap. I chose to spend a bit more and bought this name-brand necklace instead of other knock-offs just to make sure my baby has the safest toy. Well...

I'm returning this because, as stated by other reviewers, it catches and snags loose hairs even if your hair is tied up. So unless you have very short hair, it's going to catch. Too bad because I like the idea. Also seems like it could be dangerous as a teether though if ever broken (though that would probably be hard).

I own another chewbeads necklace (that I bought a few years ago when my oldest child was a baby) and haven't been able to find it at home. I was soooo happy to find this new rainbow necklace! It is so bright and cheerful. I think I love it more than my baby ever will. ;) He is only 3 months so is just starting to grab at it and try to put it in his mouth...but I know he will love it. I love the peace of mind it brings from knowing it isn't "bad" material for him to be touching and gumming.

My daughter LOVES these beads! The bright colors are intriguing, and the firm beads have the perfect "give" for her little gums. From a mommy perspective, I give them 4 stars. I can't open the clap, so I have to pull it up and over my head to take it off or put it on; which is only a minor annoyance. Overall, I would buy them again and recommend them to a friend.

I chose this necklace because of the bright colors. The one I received was all turquoise colored beads. Returned it, hope the replacement is as pictured and described.

I love our chewbeads! I style them with my outfits and my son loves the colors. I'm an active babywearer and find them helpful for when he wants something to chew on while on my back. Also makes a great gift.

Were looking for a clean (no chemicals) chewbeads necklace to wear while I baby-wearing my little one and this item is totally worth it, beautiful colors and most important pretty safe. He still having so much fun with it plus is also very good for his teething.
