I bought because a homeopathic or Naturopathic Doctor on youtube was saying that Epitalon, oxytocin, and thymulin would help rebuild the pineal gland after a brain injury. Story goes, that I fell asleep accidentally next to my phone one night and did not shut it off. I received a phone call while sleeping and it felt like a shock wave of destructive energy pulsated through my brain. I had a headache that lasted an entire week. After the headaches continued along with a burning sensation on the right side of my brain, pain swallowing, difficulty with speach, confusion, dizziness, disorientation, imbalance, nausea and this is ongoing for 3 months now. I have been to the doctor, neurologists, and they have been no help. They did not do imaging, but just gave me an EEG and later told me it was normal. They did not give me the courtesy I needed of someone who has had a traumatic brain injury. Not sure what benefit this might provide. It is way to expensive to be taken without a dramatic effect. It may be just a placebo and I hope it isn't because that is a huge waste and snake oil theft. But I'm trying it. Will let you know if it does anything in a later post.

This is supposed to be taken with thymulin and zinc (not oxytocin like someone else claimed). And it's supposed to be dissolved under the tongue (best way to absorb).Zinc goes real well with magnesium and magnesium goes real well with calcium and potassium.Good rule of thumb would be to FIRST drink a solution with magnesium, calcium and potassium. Then wait a few minutes and open a zinc capsule and allow that to sit under the tongue for quick absorption (zinc will taste kind of disgusting). THen wait a few more minutes and take the thymulin, and then wait a few minutes to take the final ingredient, Epitalon. And according to one site, 10mg is good for a single dosage for 5 days straight (might be less than 10mg).This will never be a cure-all for anything. It may help, but it would be wise to find an experienced nutritionist who can help explain to you about what else you might need.

I actually started getting a strange pressure in my head when I was taking it.Not sure if it was the epitalon or something else...I discontinued it after 10 days...! Did not see any benefit.Just be careful, we have entered another era of snake oil salesmen and it seems they're a dime a dozen.Epitalon is very effective when injected or so I read...! be mindful that these products can be just snake oil...

Though I shouldn't notice results of this product except from a blood test after some months,it seems to me that it's working.
