The product was fine the amount loss was minimal.I buy other products from this company and I liked what I received.

We started to make our own mustard. We needed these for one of our ingredients. They came out really nice. They have a nice flavor to them.The only flaw is the bag. We needed to place it in another container once it was open.Bag aside, we needed this for eating and it tastes great. A little home made mustard on a hot dog and yum! My mouth is watering just writing this review.

During canning season some things are just so hard to find. One is mustard seeds. This bag is the perfect size for all the canning I do, great price and fresh!

I haven't tried yellow mustard recipes, but I've mixed it with brown seeds for a well balanced mustard. It's a good value for the money. You will need to place the seeds in a jar or container once opened, no way to seal the bag, but easily solved with a canning jar.
