iFrogz Bullfrogz Case for iPhone 5 - Retail Packaging - Black/Green

After my iPhone 4 got scratches on the lens glass, I really wanted to get a case that protected the lens. There are not many as I've found, but this one has a very nice slide that covers the lens which is exactly what I wanted. The rest of the case is great also, the black outer coat is a plastic not rubber which feels like it will hold up better. The fit is tight and at the same time fits in my pocket well.The only thing I would change is make the lens cover harder to open accidentally, but that's a minor gripe.

I was really excited to get this case mostly because my phone needs a case as I'm, admittedly, really hard on electronics. I chose to get this case based purely on looks and cost. I hadn't heard much about it but I knew it was made by Zagg and I've had VERY good luck with their screen protectors. I wanted to like it... I really did but it fell very short of my expectations.When I put the case on the phone I was still really positive. It fit my phone well (I read another review that the top button no longer worked, I had no problems with buttons working) and the case seemed really sturdy. After a day of use though, it's going back. The case was on my phone for less than an hour when my wife pointed out that the silicon rubber was very loose, it did not fit tight to the plastic hard shell. From experience with other cases I know that these silicone pieces only stretch over time, if it started loose it was only going to get looser. I was willing to overlook that - or at least that's what I told myself. When I went to plug in headphones... I was again disappointed. Out of the four pairs of headphones I had accessible only one would fit while the case was on. The bottom flap that covers the Lightning port, speakers, and headphone jack is incredibly loose, but the plastic portion only has a 1/4" opening while my headphone jacks are all >3/8". Again I told myself if that's the worst thing this case does I think I can live with it. Well, I pulled my phone out so I could use the headphones I wanted to use and low and behold my phone was scratched. I inspected the case and found a loose piece of plastic that must have been rubbing on the phone. My phone was in the case for less than 18 hours which included 8 hours of sitting on my dresser while I slept and now it's scratched. I take a bit of blame for not checking the case to make sure everything was proper before putting the phone in, but a loose piece of plastic should have been caught by a decent quality control system. Does the job and no risks to my phone but water. Liked their 4S Bullfrogz case a bit better! 2 separate pieces are what make it so durable and the silicone grip keeps it from being slippery.

SO BUMMED!!! Please make clear that 5 cases DO NOT fit 5c phones!!! I felt I researched well and was disappointed. This is actually an AMAZING case...if it fits your phone!!!!!

I have phone cases like women have shoes. Once I got this case, I haven't changed it - surprisingly. It does offer a great level of protection, for the phone and camera too! The phone does not feel heavy or bulky with this design.The only CON I'd report, is how difficult it is to install or remove. There is no instruction, and I thought I was going to break it as I tried to protect my phone with it.The main PRO I'd report, is despite this case fitting so snugly to the phone, it does allow for screen protectors to be installed - particularly the Zagg HD line.Great job.

This case may offer good protection but is extremely difficult to get on and off the phone. It is 2 separate pieces. A hard plastic piece that you put on the phone and then a rubber surround around that. Also, the color states Green, picture makes it look like a neon green. Actual color that it is is kind of like a citrus color, much closer to yellow than green.Pros:Fair PriceGreat ProtectionCons:Hard to get on and off the phoneColorOverall I feel this case was misrepresented mostly by color, a big reason why I bought it so I am sending it back.

Got one for my wife. Was so impressed, walked around for a week with my iPhoneworrying about dropping it before encasing mine in this iFrogz Bullfrogz Case, which Iactually did twice (drop it) before mine arrived. This is a great case and the coversfor the cameras and charging port are excellent for protecting from smudges & dust.If you get one, I doubt you'll be disappointed! Highly recommend.

Looks great. Handles drops of the phone. The slide that covers the camera and flash is a very nice touch. Wish it protected the phone from water. The tough rubber cover to the plastic part of the case can be a challenge to put it on the phone. Once you get it on the phone you are sure the phone is secure. The speaker ports work well too.

4Sもこのメーカーを使っていました。頑丈で投げられても電話機は壊れませんでした。今回の物もデザインは大変気に入りました。が、一つ残念なのが4Sのモデルよりも内部のプラスチック部分が品疎になっていて外部のカバーもシリコンではなく軟質プラスチックのような感じで、滑ってしまいます。あと、硬くて着脱がしづらいです。デザインは本当に気に入っているし、色ももっと在るといいと思います。外部カバーはシリコンに戻して欲しいですね。
