Q: Is this a replacement when the air box is removed? A5

No this is not a replacement if the airbox is removed. I have a S5, and the air filter is best served inside the air box.

Q: Will this fit a Audi 2013 S8

Only if the S8 airbox is the same as the S5 V-8 airbox. Check K&N's site for more info.

Q: is this fit on 2012 audi Q5 V6? Screws and bellows don't match，how can do it...please teach me,thanks.

I honestly don't know. Mine was for a V-8 and I know the one for my wife's V-6 is different than the one I bought.

Q: Will this increase intake noise (supercharger whine) and throttle response on a Audi S5 3.0T?

No, you would need a bigger supercharger. By then you would probably need better exhaust, and by then you would hear it even less due to the exhaust.
