Very good, just pricey. I think this bottle only did me up about 5-6lb. Of skirt and hangar steak. Thats where the star went.

Just sprinkle a little on top of fish meat or chicken before barbecuing. I use it along with garlic Kosher salt and black pepper and I just had a little of this beauty .

I adore piment d'espelette and use it frequently. Last night when I went to use it- it was filled with tiny worms and bugs and I had to throw the entire bottle out!

This is the real piment d'espelette, flavor, heat etc. But the only negative is the size of the bottle is smaller than expected. Delivery was timely s well.
