Q: I am using this to make Saganaki. How many servings can I get out of a pound and can it be sliced into rectangles like in our Greek restaurant?

I find that a pound will provide enough appetizers for four people, some may have a couple dips of the flaming cheese while others may have four or more.

Q: I takes 3-4 days for me to get delivery. Will the cheese be ok throughout shipping?

It is a hard cheese (aged). If it took 3 weeks to get to you it'd be ok.

Q: IS THIS CHEESE GOOD FOR MAKING SAGANAKI

I was pleased with this cheese. I dredged it lightly in flour and then I placed in a lightly oiled pre-heated pan with great results. It formed a nice crust on the exterior while the interior was creamy and smooth. I would not add any salt since it is already salty (at least for my family's palate). Compared to other kaseri cheese that I have purchased I would give say so far this was the best I have found for making saganaki. Enjoy!
