Really does work!

Fairly comfortable, but didn't work for me
Of all the options I've tried to End my apparently epic snoring, this was by far the most comfortable, and while it did seem to help (according to my husband), it definitely didn't save me from another night on the couch. I've also tried the chin strap (did no good at all and horribly uncomfortable), and the tongue sleeve. The tongue sleeve is the most ridiculous, embarrassing, non-sexy thing since granny panties, but it did work (once I got over the fear that it was going to cut off the circulation in the tip of my tongue and lead to losing said tongue). So, I think these nose vents are worth a shot (use the biggest ones you can), but if it fails, skip the chin strap and go for a tongue sleeve (and I hope your spouse is as desperate for sleep as mine is, and not inclined to take photos of you while you're sleeping and post them to social media.)

Seems to help
After trying a few sizes I found the small size works best. At first it felt slightly annoying, but I was surprised at how over time I didn't really realize it was there. I was also amazed at how well my sinuses opened up when laying down. Constantly I felt the pressure of one or both nostrils closing up as well as congestion before using these. This seemed to help and it allowed me to breathe freely through my nose.I got one for my husband as well too as this is who it really was aimed towards. He first complained that he had a headache when wearing them. But once I explained that he should try a different size he seemed to get a better fit. He still breathed heavy, but the snoring was decreased to at least a bearable low growl. He hasn't complained about me either so it seems to be working just well enough for both of us.

I needed this
I have had a problem sleeping for the last 5 to 6 years. I hated the nite and started to stay up later and later because of this. My nose would get plugged when i laid down so i would prop myself up with pillows. The problem is I am I am a side sleeper. I tried everything even a bed that raises up but would not work. I started to get anxiety when my nose would get plugged. I hated this. I thought about putting short pieces of straws in my nose but didn't seem safe. So I looked for something online. I am so glad I found this. I sleep great again. Would highly recommend. It will help you breathe while sleeping.

This item actually works! OMG! It’s a miracle!
This little bastard works unbelievably well and I mean UNBELIEVABLY WELL. Insert them and breathe in through your nose, then take them out and breathe in through your nose again and you will feel the difference. I am the biggest skeptic in the land and I have to tell you that these little suckers work! Woo-who!

These were not the move for me - at all!
Having a foreign object in my nose while I'm awake is off putting, when I'm sleeping it's impossible. Why would I stick two cones in my nose for any reason? I noticed the different sizes, but nope, they were not for me. I'd rather deal with the Breathe Strips and figure out a better sleeping position.

Not for me
My doctor recommended these for a deviated septum. They are soft and somewhat easy to use. However, mine are not small enough even though three sizes come in a package. Caused nosebleeds. Not sure if they would work for someone who snores.Have not been able to use them.
