I don't regularly take any vitamins or supplements (shame on me, I know), but that just made me think I should notice any benefits more easily. Going from the "control" group to the "experimental" group, if you will. Sadly, after half the bottle, I haven't noticed much difference to speak of. Maybe it's doing something "under the hood," but that's hard to factor into a review.If you need your daily dose of dihydroquercetin, that's exactly what these offer. But I don't think they're for me. Still, 5-stars because it was probably user error, and since they didn't kill me I can't really fault the product.
