Only if you wire your speakers through this jack.

No I do not think these will work for your application. I'm guessing that you want to be able to practice your guitar amp at home without the noise affecting your family. Go to your nearest Guitar Repair Center tell them what you need and I guarantee they will have one and they're usually not that expensive and not that difficult to install
