GE Relax 8-Pack 60 W Equivalent Dimmable Soft White A19 LED Light Fixture Light Bulbs

These bulbs are great. They have nice, soft, incandescent color and feel to them. They dim well, other LEDs seem to have a limited range from bright, to less bright to off. These work with my dimmers really well.

Bought these a few years ago, and just now getting around to replacing some others I missed. Work very well, and last a lot longer than the old bulbs. Good set for the price per item amount of $2.74 each, then again, I remember when incandescent bulbs cost .65 each. NOT rated for outdoor use. They do dim, they are soft white, (Yellow) and do not burn hot.

These lightbulbs are brighter and longer lasting than traditional bulbs, which has saved me money on electricity bills.One of the things I love about these lightbulbs is that they produce a warm, natural light that is easy on the eyes. I tried to save some money with cheaper bulbs that flickered like crazy on a dimmer switch and didn't even shut off. These bulbs are mostly perfect. They do flicker on the highest dimmer setting - so 4 stars instead of 5 - but so much better than most of the other bulbs we've used. And we don't need them on the highest setting anyway since they're so bright. It's a soft light though, as advertised. Too soon to see how long they last but if we get the promised hours out of them they're well worth paying a little more.

excellent bulb. good soft white, won't hurt the eyes like other bulbs. it says cool at the base, so i imagine it is more energy efficient then others. also, it looks like a real bulb, no plastic base that the glass sits on. good looking pear-shape. I highly recommend.

So I had bought a house and there was a dimmer switch in the living room, but when I used it the bulbs buzzed like the like a hummingbird that was having a seizure. The bulbs still dimmed to a decent light output but I was afraid it was burst into flames. The bulbs themselves are a tad larger than what I had originally, and if you look for it they peak outside the tops of the sconces. Anyways they dim pretty darn low, more than I would need. I do have one of those round dimmer switches so I can get them pretty low with a softer touch. Also no buzzing, so much happier with my new setup now that I’m not blinding myself with light. The other good thing is they produce way less heat that my old CFL or HE incandescent. The CFLs I had in place were rated at 13W and these at 8.5w. I know it’s not much but it adds up, and since I don’t have AC, it keeps the heat down for those warmer summer months. I plan on switching the rest of the fixtures with similar GE LEDs just needed the dimmable for the living room. Plus I was able to use the old bulbs on fixtures that either I didn’t have anything in place because of other blowouts in the garage, were I wasn’t to fussy about light temps, or colors. Either way I’m happy with my purchase, and look forward to replacing the rest of the bulbs throughout the house for better savings.

I was skeptical but purchased these bulbs anyway. I figured I would just use them even if they turned out to be way too bright white like most of the "new" bulbs are. They, however, were a very nice surprise once in place. They mimic the old incandescent light built fairly closely and for that soft light, I am so happy I found these.They are going to be a regular purchase and recommended to anyone who is put off by the overly bright white "new" eco-friendly bulbs, these are eco-friendly and do not give you a headache.
