These shoes look great! Can wear them when dressing down and also with suits. They have a more expensive look to them. I love these shoes and they quickly became my everyday favorite go to shoe. I've read other reviews and I have to agree that they have a smell to them that never seems to go away. To me it resembled a shoe polish odor so it didn't bother me. As for the lady in my life...she couldn't stand them. She kept buying me other shoes in hopes that I would get rid of them. I continued to wear them and they held up great on the upper half. As for the heel, not good at all. I had similar extreme wear down in a short time as others have. I took my shoes to a Cobbler and had an upgraded heel put on it and they've been great!! I would have continued to wear these daily as I love the broken in fit and the shine it has to them which never faded over time. Used and worn now they still look great. However I only wear them periodically now as I have grown tired of hearing comments on the odor constantly from all around me. If the odor went away I would have given them 5stars. I'm fine adding the heel fix to it as I have done that to multiple shoes at all price points.

Sooo....I purchased this shoe with trepidation. I liked the styling, but feared the quality. I was first surprised that the shoe fit so well. I'm a true 13 with a normal width if not slightly narrow foot, and this things fits quite well with thin or thick socks. From the the first day I wore this shoe, it has turned heads!Although I bought this for a accent shoe, the surprisingly comfortable fit has made me wear them more often. I'm fairly tough on shoes at 6 foot 6 250lbs, plus I intentionally try to walk 5,000-10,000 steps daily so these shoes have gotten a workout. Similar to another reviewer, my left heel has unevenly wore down to the core (it actually makes a loud clicking sound like you would expect to hear from a woman wearing high heels)...but I like these shoes so much, I'm considering just have the cobbler add a new set so I can keep emI wanted to rank the shoes a 4 or 4 1/2 because of the heel issue, but this shoe is clearly not a daily wearer, and for a $35 or whatever I paid for this shoe, its definitely worth it, so it deserves the 5. Frankly if my cobbler can't repair these, I'll be buying another pair!

Shoe looks great out of the box! I put them on immediately as my wedding was a week away and I wanted to break them in. Within a half hour of wearing them in my house they had wear marks (white from the fake leather wearing off) on the side where the shoe bent to walk by the toes. Very cheap product. There are white marks after just 30 minutes of wear! I will wear them for the wedding then probably throw them away...

I have relatively wide feet and read the reviews they came too large. I normally wear 10.5 or 11, so I ordered a 10. It fit like a 10 or a 9.5 The 10's were way too small for me. Love these shoes so much that I've worn them down and got them repaired. Paid just as much to repair them to buy new ones but I've broken them in so well that I couldn't resist.

Love the way these look and the fit is spot on.
