Initial poor value then changed to Excellent!!
This was my first review:Instructions on box or App very poor and do not explain anything. Just about works for one device but not very effectively. Cannot recommend to anyone. 2 stars. Then Kimfly contacted me and I changed my opinion.Kimfly apologised, offered a full refund and sent me an updated User Manual. The Manual was helpful and then after a few more helpful emails from Kimfly, I managed to get all four finders working. Cannot fault this customer service - just excellent - thank you Kimfly. As for the product - it works as described, not brilliant but you get what you pay for and for the money gets 5 stars.

Awful product unless phone and finder are always together!
I don't usually write reviews but compelled to write one here.I bought this for my wife as a Mother's Day gift from our girls. She was really happy to get something like this as she misplaces her keys a lot.I attached one to her house key and one to the car key.Problems -The house key one now doesn't seem to work even when holding the button. If the device goes out of range of your phone, it will start bleeping and then stop - That's good, however...when the device comes back into range, your phone will not discover it.Instead, you have to press the button on the device so that your phone will connect back to it.This isn't at all practical for my wife.Kinda pointless that if you lost your keys somewhere, you would hope that when you get back into range, your phone would auto-connect.This is not the case, you have to manually reconnect the device to your phone. This does not suit our intended purpose so will need to look for alternatives, if they exist!!

Overall, good product but some disadvantages
Love the idea of having a key finder attached to an object you usually lose frequently or something you want to keep safe. There are four in a pack and I added mine to my purse and keys. Works quite well - very loud sound when it's activated! I tested to see whether distance matters. I tried activating it from downstairs in my house and I could hear it beeping from upstairs so doesn't seem to be a problem.I think the only difficult thing I found to do after purchasing the product was that I couldn't find the app (which is used to activate the key finder) from the instructions. The only way I could download it was by scanning the QR code on the instructions manual. Another disadvantage is the fact that they're quite large to be key finders. It gets in the way of my purse as it keeps dangling on the side... but, overall pretty good! Would recommend if you lose things a lot!

Doesn't work - Still in beta test
The devices are quick to set up but that's as far as the good points go.The app crashes every few minutes, 10 mins use and 1% of phone battery gone. The app doesn't work with google maps and of the other two map sources one shows current location about 0.5 mile way and the other just a blank screen. I'll wait a weeks to see if there are any redeeming qualities otherwise returning for a refund. Buy Cheap Buy Twice

Exactly what it says it is.
These are great, my wife and I are always loosing our phones, keys or wallet and these have just helped out tonnes. It's very intuitive and the instructions for use are straight forward. The best feature I didn't know I needed was the call phone feature. As long as I can find my keys, phone or wallet I can find the others.Colour variations are nice and the size and shape just seem like a key-ring. When I go to London I will definitely be using the theft feature (out of range) for sake of mind too.

Sadly this isn't the full ticket
This product becomes annoying shortly after setting it up. Finders randomly go off even when just sitting in the same room as the phone with the App open. The second annoying thing is that if you close the app on the phone all of the finders will start to sound off. They can only be turned off by re-opening the app and then 'if' they reconnect they can be switched off by the phone or go to the finder and press the button. This is a fairly useless piece of technology. I am only annoyed I didn't heed the warnings in other reviews. My mistake and my time wasted. Save your time and money. Such a shame as I didn't fancy paying more than this.

Not as usfull as they seem.
These do almost work as advertised however there is something you should be aware of before buying. If they get disconnected they will not reconnect on their own . To reconnect them you have to press the button on them (not very useful if you can find them). If you leave the house with your phone you have to take them all with you. If you leave any behind you will have to manually reconnect them when you get back. Therefore they are only useful for things you always take with you so for me that's my personal set of keys. I wanted to put one of these on all the keys and on my wallet but can't because I don't always take them with me. I wouldn't have bought them if I had known this. I'll keep them as my personal set of keys are what I loose most often but in future I will look into upgrading these for a more useful set.

Hit and miss affair
This is a hit and miss affair. The manual stated that the app to be used with this is "isearchpro". Tried that on an iPhone 8 and it didn't work correctly: as soon as the app would be closed or the phone went into sleep mode, the device would start beeping like it is lost. Then I tried the same hardware but with the app called "itag one" and that one works flawlessly to this day. On the other hand, same app ("itag one") on Android phone, Sony Xperia XA2 kind of works but not really: bluetooth stops connecting to other devices automatically, and, once a day, there is a false positive, even though the phone and the device are right next to each other. Hence, unusable on that hardware. So, bottom line: it might work for you, but then again, it might not as well.
