I was excited to receive this product since the good reviews that I have read, but what a disappointment, the brush did not work properly, you will see in the photos. I plan to return this item.

I am very impressed with this product. I style my hair with heat almost every day and it was started to get very dry and damaged. I tried a number of different products and shampoos. After using this product I notice my hair is softer and shinier immediately after use. I have a lot of breakage and my hair was starting to thin out. I use this brush just about every day to also stimulate growth.

I bought this product to help smoothe my hair and repair damage. So far so good! The infrared light option has a convenient automatic shut-off after five minutes; no chance of accidentally leaving it on. I had a small problem with the ice comb, but contacted the company and received immediate help. Can't wait to update this review once I've had an opportunity to use the device for a couple of months or longer.

I wouldn’t buy this again. Not sure it really does anything and it was a lot of work to freeze the part every day. Wouldn’t recommend

Arrived, dry rotted. The comb cartridge fell apart when I opened it. I returned it.
