Fits well and secure

I replaced my Uncle Mike's holster (the cheap plastic belt loop broke after a couple hours of wear, leaving my gun falling to the floor) with a Fobus paddle holster, which I wore for about 5-6 hours of hard yard work. It's not as soft and slim as the Uncle Mike's, but it stays in place better (not flopping around) because there are ridges on the paddle that grip inside your waist band while the holster itself hangs over on the outside, and most importantly at no point did my gun wind up on the ground. It's plastic, but not a cheap kind, and I'm sure it will handle some wear and abuse. There's no retaining strap, but the gun clicks into place, requiring a firm draw... meaning it's not universal like a generic holster, so you have to get the model for your gun.For those wanting to avoid a junk holster, Fobus is an Israeli company, and based on my experiences so far, Israel seems to make good, quality innovative products. It's incredible what that tiny country can come up with in spite being about the size of a city here in the US and surrounded by enemies on all sides. I'm guessing they make quality products because they don't have room for anything else.

This holster is nice and comfortable to use and carry around the farm. You carry with or without a belt, nice versatility.

The judge fits well and reasonably secure once adjusted. The only issue as made is that the sights get caught as the pistol is drawn. A sight modification easily fixes this. Use a 1/4 inch round file to ramp the front inside rounded part of the holster. Makes the sight slide in instead of snagging.

Would be better if it covered the barrel. It wants to get caught up on the sights. Good enough for a walk on the land which was the purpose but not good enough for defense.

Fits my Judge perfectly, paddle makes for extremely comfortable carry. Distributes the weight very well and makes carrying a big ol' pistol like the Judge a do-able thing. If you own a Judge and (foolishly) want to carry the beastly thing like I do this is the holster to do it with. Recommended!

This holster fit my Judge perfectly. Just needed a little adjustment in the retention screw, but a great value for the money.
