Pads annoying but good bra
Removable pads which are great for washing but a pain to put back in. Don’t wash with them in as it ruins them. Other than that a nice sports bra

Sizing
sizing is really not good. order xl large, the straps are too short and dig in

Used this product for yoga and running.The pads inserted were unnecessary.The strap construction was ok but not super great. Could have more subtle but sturdier stitching.
