I recommend this canner
I love the fact you can fit many jars in this canner to complete a big job. I also bought a rack to double stack more if needed. I love how I don’t have to worry about water dripping anywhere since the lid is made in a way all around to make sure any water falls back into the canner. There were some imperfections in the making of the canner, however, I knew I would receive some. That’s not of importance to me since I know I’m buying from a small business rather than wholesale. I’m satisfied with my canner and the spigot attachment makes it easier for the drainage of the water. I don’t have to worry about carrying the whole canner to get rid of the water. Overall, I recommend. Plus, awesome customer service. Thank you all.

Canning and Syrup Making Superstar
This item came carefully packed from the supplier. We did a test run to make sure the spigot didn't leak, and it didn't. We simply screwed it in without any thread tape. Performs beautifully. We purchased it for canning and ended up using it for boiling down maple sap to make syrup. Made life so easy when it came time to drain it. Extremely well made, I have no doubt this will last forever. It does come with 1 rack, and I purchased another for canning smaller jars. We use it on a Camp Chef propane stove outside over two burners. Jusr remove the yellow handle cover or it will melt! Also, I had a great exchange with the vendor who was extremely helpful and quick to reply.

Looking for a Large Bath Canner - you need this!
We use this on a 2 burner large propane camping stove. Perfect fit. Quality is top notch, however, the insert for the jars to sit on was warped which is annoying when you using a minimal number of jars on it. Double stacked for maximum canning - worked great! The side valve is a great addition. Picking it up full of used water is difficult and awkward, it sloshes around bad and will spill all over you.Support US Made.

wow. its nice
it's a really nice heavy duty rectangular water bath canner/container for heating Mason jars on the stove top. I'm really glad I discovered & purchased this particular model. I'm looking forward to preserving home made grape juice this season.

Very nice canner
I really like this canner. It holds a lot and fits on portable stoves which for me is important because I like to can outside in the summer. My one complaint is minor and I wouldn’t avoid buying this canner but I wouldn’t cook food in it in it directly. I know they say don’t complain about blemishes and fine, but there is rusting weld spatter on parts of it. Came right from the factory that way. I am familiar with welding stainless and this happens when someone welds carbon steel near the stainless and let’s the weld spatter get on it. This messes up the passivation and makes stainless rust. I would also say the seams have crevices because the welds are outside corner welds so would be hard to clean if you actually cooked food directly in it because the inside metal edges are not fused. For direct contact you would want the inside to have smooth beads. All that said it’s a canner it only has to hold water to do that. It cans and it cans a lot at a time, it’s really good at that. The valve is also great, it makes the canner easy to empty into a large pot, empty the canner, dump the water back in and it’s still hot enough to cycle again in a few minutes. I wouldn’t want to use a different canner so for it’s intended purpose I have to still give it a good rating. If you can a lot of stuff at a time and/or want to use a portable stove outside this is the tool for the job.
