Best file system- color coded, sturdy, label visibility
I love these files ...they are pricey but so worth it.. you won't be disappointed. You should assess how many you will need before purchase, since it may be worth it for you to purchase the max at $65.00 I believe you get 35 files. The labeling is a little tedious but just take your time with sliding the paper through the plastic index. The company may want to make the paper more sturdy for this process.

These are sturdy and uniform looking. No bendy wires slipping off the sides. No flimsy ugly plastic tabs. Folders feel sturdy. I love the full-length label bar across the top. It actually does magnify the label a bit.I bought the black set and used paint pens to color code the edges of the labels myself since I needed different amounts of each color. I hate filing but these new folders almost make me look forward to it. Worth every penny. I am THRILLED with these!I have also tried Smead Viewables but those were barely an improvement over regular plastic tabs. A few green ones are still visible in the before picture.

They aren't breaking!
I have large files such as product instructions etc. They get heavy and large. I bought the flat bottom file folders for larger size files but the hooks that hold the file on the rail bend and break. THIS file works! I am very grateful to find them! It holds a lot of weight without breaking or ripping. Good find!

Label sheets not perforated
I've been buying these for a few years because they keep my business files extremely organized and they are very durable. I also love that they connect to one another. The issue I have is the sheet of labels included in the package is no longer perforated. They used to be perforated so that it was easy to line up and print out labels so they fit perfectly into the label holder at the top. Since they are no longer perforated, measuring them accurately is impossible. Fortunately, I still have a few sheets remaining from previous packages, but once I run out I will stop buying these. They're too expensive to not have the labels fit properly.
