Great for a charger
I used a Dremel to make a hole on my nightstand lamp and added this outlet. It sticks pretty well and it is perfect for plugging in my phone charger.

Great replacement receptacle
I used this to replace an old degraded Circle F one on a Westinghouse automatic timer. Perfect fit and 14AWG, looks robust and grips very well. Great price and another great product from Leviton.

Did the job
I spent 2 days driving around and making phone calls trying to find this part then decided to try Amazon, never thinking I'd actually find one. Low and behold, there it was! Such a huge relief. It fit perfectly and allowed me to make an inexpensive fix to an older exhaust fan in the kitchen instead of having to replace the fan.
