I thought maybe it needed to be charged first, but it still wouldn't work. There was a card in the box with a phone number, email address, and a message to please contact them if you weren't satisfied. So I did. I tried the phone number several times, different days and times, no one ever answered. I decided to send an email. I have yet to receive a reply. (It's been over a month) So I don't know if it removes blackheads. Maybe if it actually turned on, it would have.

This item is well made and works great! It takes a little bit to get used to the suction. I was too aggressive and created a red suction mark. There are 5 levels of suction and multiple tips you can exchange in and out. There is also a cooling function on the end that helps sooth your skin once you're finished. I have always had issues with blackheads on my nose and this has helped me clear them out better than squeezing. I love this!

Works great!! Make sure to use an oil (I do Argan) before using this product on your face! It’s powerful!! Also try and avoid the thin skin around eyes, I had a few hickey looking spots while I learned my lesson. Don’t forget to keep it moving and be carful on the end of your nose not to get a Circle! Super helpful and gets the grime out!

I purchased this for myself and I must say I am very happy with the purchase. It does a wonderful job at getting blackheads out, and I love that I can change the tips and suction for different areas of my face. I was worried about suction marks on my face, but it never left any, which is a plus in my book.

I have always had a problem with blackheads on my nose so I bought this. Good product, lots of different sized heads for different suction levels. The suction works and it does what it’s supposed to. I used it on my nose area and it worked exactly how I hoped.

This product is well made. There are different level of suctions and a cooling feature. I held it in to long at first which made a little mark but once I was used to it I really like the product. My skin feels great after use. There are different size attachments to put in as well. My teenage kids use this product also

Overall after only using this twice I'm very surprised with how well it works, and since this is a new product I feel that with time and practice adding this into my normal skin routine, that is going to work even better.
