Each Mumdrop milk towel comes with the outer towel plus one snap on bedtime layer. Mumdrop US Sizing: Small - size 2 - 4, Medium - size 4 - 6, Large - size 6 - 10, X-Large - size 10 - 12 Each towel is adjustable in size both above the bust and underneath the bust using the snaps.
