Perfect size for chopping food. Very sturdy while still being flexible. Excellent thickness not thin or too heavy..for easy use. Worked excellent with chopping meat..and vegys...and was super easy to clean I appreciate that ..much better than the thin mats. Far higher quality and very pretty too.

I was leery about getting silicone cutting boards. I thought you needed a firm "board" instead of a somewhat floppy piece of silicone. But I was wrong. I use these daily, they clean up beautifully in the dishwasher, and they've held up very well to cutting and chopping over the last few months. A nice design, handy sizes, and easy to store, too!

Love them! Looked at lots of other options. These were best. Love these cutting mats! Looked at LOTS of other options in all kinds of materials. I also tried a few other types of cutting boards. Plus, I have used lots of different cutting boards I the past. These the best cutting board option I have ever found. They are also great as a non-toxic option that isn’t getting chemicals or plastic particles into the food you are cutting. And, they don’t dull knives nearly like some other hard non-toxic options. I love that they are also flexible, stay in place when cutting, are basically no-maintenance, are easy to clean, and they are easy to store. They are a bit pricey but I would buy them again. In fact, I did already order a different color to designate for meat and onion cutting. (I don't think I actually needed to separate that because they wash well and don't have any visible cut marks or stains or odor retention. So, you could just use one mat for all cutting.) I would totally buy an XL version if they made one! 16.5”x11.5” would be a perfect extra-large size to match typical cookie sheets. That would be so helpful for cutting large items like watermelon.

POSITIVES: The cutting board has been durable so far. I like how it is made of silicone instead of plastic. It is a good size and the back has an anti-slip texture that works really well in my use case (stone countertop). NEGATIVE: I wish it had a metal or other stiff core, instead of being purely silicone. It is too floppy as a result, which makes it difficult to wash. Also i can't hold it one handed as a tray for instance if I'm chopping veggies and want to then turn around and transfer it to a pot on the stove behind me, I must use both hands. However, this issue is not unique to this particular product, as i've yet to find a silicone board constructed in this fashion. Also, the material tends to hold onto odors. For example if i've recently been cutting garlic, and then cut an apple, then the apples will be slightly garlicky, even though i've washed the board with soap between uses.

Edit: I downgraded this to one star, because after just a few months of use they are covered in slices that go all the way through to the base. My knives aren’t even particularly fancy or sharp, and it still cut up the mat. I’m very disappointed in these. They are nice cutting boards but you need two hands to handle it, they are too floppy. That means to clean it you have to have an empty sink to lay it down, you can’t just hold it with one hand and wash it with the other. When you lift it to dump food into a pot or bowl, you have to put your knife down, lift with two hands, balance it, pick up the knife to scrape again, put the knife down, and move the cutting mat again. This means it’s very hard to use with one hand or if you have and disability or hand/motor weakness

I’ve been really happy with these silicone cutting boards. They’re super easy to clean and sanitize, and the smooth surface wipes down quickly after raw meat or messy ingredients. I love that they flex and fold just enough to funnel chopped veggies or meat straight into a pan without spilling all over the stove. So far, I don’t see any noticeable knife cuts or gouges in the material, even after several uses, which makes me feel better about both hygiene and longevity. Overall, a practical, low-maintenance set of boards that’s earned a permanent spot on my counter.

These are great cutting boards. I love them so much I bought six sets and gave them as gifts for Christmas. I've been trying to get away from the microplastics that contaminate food with plastic cutting boards. I searched extensively until I found these. They do have a certification that they are truly food grade silicone. They are nice easy to use and heavy and grip well to the counter. They hold up well and so far I've had them two months with no knife marks. I use very sharp Henkels pro series knives and so far so good! They're great because you can flex them to pour the chopped food into your bowl or pan. I'm glad I wasn't swayed by the poor reviews. I have no idea how those people cut through these without trying really hard to do so. They seem like they'll last a very long time if you take good care of them. I also toss them in the dishwasher and they do great!

They are nice and thick and feel good. But after a couple months of light use they didn’t last. The silicone is too soft and we made many deep cuts. Which can be unsanitary. You have to be very careful which defeats the purpose for us. I would not purchase again.

Good quality but does need too be a little more generous on the size. I think it a useful cutting board hence the five star rating.

These cutting boards are exactly as advertised and work quite well. I was just surprised that they require more care than my old plastic cutting boards. They shouldn't be left soaking in water, and the instructions say: don't use a serrated knife and don't saw on the surface. So, silicone seems to be a weaker material than plastic. We will use them the same way that we're used to and find out how long they last but will try to avoid leaving them in water too long. Their price is far higher than two cheap cutting boards that I purchased, but they are acturally silicone, while the other boards, advertised as silicone, turned out to be poly plastic.

Good quality and well worth the price paid. Light weight and easy to store. I’ve been using them for only a week so I don’t know how well they’ll wear. So far, they are great.

We love these cutting boards but I wish the hole was in the middle and not on the corner. It would make it easier for hanging.
