Huini Hot & Cold Facial Steamer Beauty Salon Equipment with OzoneHuini Hot & Cold Facial Steamer Beauty Salon Equipment with Ozone Don't buy this steamer!The entire product it's a poorly made light weight plastic, including the water jar container, piece of junk.The hollow plastic tube in the center of the plastic jar leans against the heating coil exposing it to high heat each time the steamer runs.You don't have to be smart to know plastic laying on a heat element isn't gong to work very long.The stand in the picture is not the one you will receive. The one they send is cheaply made, unstable, with white rectangular legs, caster are light weight thin plastic that crack easily if they aren'talready cracked when it's received.There isn't a diagram of parts and pieces that are to be included in the box is provided.The cold water bottle is missing from the box even though it was factory inspected and found to be complete and functional.A small plastic basket type piece with threads on it comes with the order and there isn't even a clue as to where it belongs.Assembly instructions are poorly written and brief.How to use the cold water reservoir is nonexistent.If I hadn't used hundreds of these I wouldn't have known how to assemble it.I'm disappointed in the quality, the instructions, the construction and the lack of information provided.The picture and description of this product on Amazon is deceptive.This is a cheap toy not a professional steamer to be used on clients.

Super for the price! Wish the steam boxes had more mobility but al in all it’s really great! And was extremely easy to put together.

I've only used the steamer twice so far, and will update as needed.Pros: 1) The steamer was easy to assemble (although I ended up using the base of my previous steamer, as the one included was so lightweight that I felt it wouldn't be too sturdy). 2) The steaming mechanism itself is lightweight and easy to use. 3) The cold mist is amazing. It comes on immediately and offers a very refreshing burst of cool mist. 4) The hot steam is a gentle, very quiet steam that is not overwhelming. (You do have to use tap water for the hot steam to work, which I found interesting as most other steamers require distilled water. But, this saves me trips to the grocery store for distilled water.) 5) It only takes about 5 minutes to heat up, and runs for 15-20 minutes before needing refilled.The cons so far are: 1) There is a pretty loud an annoying beep when the water level gets low, so I try to turn it off before it gets to that point. 2) There is no handle to easily move and position the machine without having to grab onto the entire thing. 3) The entire top part of the steamer and all its mechanisms are all plastic, which does make it very lightweight which is nice, but like I mentioned above I transferred it over to the heavy metal base of my previous steamer to prevent it from tipping. The base it came with is metal, but much more lightweight and seems wobbly even after being assembled. Luckily it fits perfectly on my old base. 4) Instruction/assembly sheet is in broken English... but aren't most appliances these days?Overall though, so far so good. The negative review that this received by another user is a little confusing to me and I'm not sure they received this exact item. Mine is 100% what's pictured (minus whatever that brown stuff is in their steamer basin in the picture... with clean water, it's nice and clear). As long as it continues to work, I'm happy with it!

I had a horrible experience with just another steamer company...So far this machine works well for me. I like the convenient size of it as it's smaller than my previous one. I'm an esthetician. The steam works well as well as cool mist. It does beep if the hot water level gets low. And I believe the cool mist will struggle to come out if there isn't enough water in it. I like this machine. I do wish it was quieter going up and down but not bad. I hope it keeps up great work. Will post an update. Have only used it about 6 times.
