When my Tile ran out of battery I decided to try something less costly that also allowed the battery to be changed out. This product delivers! It's very easy to use and works great to find my keys that I am always misplacing! Better for the environment too, to be able to change out the batteries. The app needed some tweaking, as it was giving too many helpful alarms (such as when my phone went too far from my keys, every time) but once I adjusted the settings I couldn't be happier.

The alarm is loud, but not in a way that will annoy others. In the app you can designate zones to disable the feature where if your phone and fob get too far apart the fob will ring and the app pushed a notification. However, I had to disable this entirely because while I could silence the fob, the notifications still came through on my phone when they were disconnected. It's not that big of an issue for me as I did not buy it for that feature.

This is a great product, in my opinion. It works just as it should, except for one thing. I would have to always have the app open to use the ‘find my phone’ feature. That isn’t exactly an option. It doesn’t stay connected as well as I’d like. Other than that, the translation in the app could be better. All things considered, it does what it should, and has kept me from being late because now I can’t loose my keys.

Fatal flaw is that whenever you turn on your phone, if you have disconnected from the tile, it thinks that your tile was last near you. For example I leave my keys at home I drive to work I open up my phone and look for my keys and it thinks they’re at my office, which I know they aren't.The customer service email was not found by gmail (returned) the company must be out of business Returning.

I attached this to the harness for my cat, so when he goes outside I can find him. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for it to pick up the signal but overall it’s great.

My husband always misplace his keys. We put this device on his keychain. Lost his keys .....still lost.
