I don't usually leave a review for a product I've never used before this soon after buying it, but now that I've used it, this one is an exception. Very impressed with how well it removes mold and mildew, with very little effort. Believe the directions say to spray it on and wait 30 seconds before wiping it off. I waited at least a minute or longer, just because some of what I was cleaning was fairly set in. Other than most of what I was doing being on the ceiling, which made it a bit more difficult, it wiped off easily and left a clean surface. Some spots needed a second or third application, but I expected that given the circumstances. I didn't think the fumes were that bad, though my wife acted like they were terrible. To each their own, I guess. It doesn't feel good if it gets in your eyes, suspect the orange oil is the main culprit there, so, don't do that! Only annoying thing about it was the sprayer stopped working with half, or more, of the product left, so had to transfer it to another spray bottle, but that's the fault of cheap plastic, not the product. Not sure it has any color and the appearance is a fine mist (threw that in just to satisfy the AI "ideas" for the review!).

I have been dealing with a mold problem on my carpet and it’s been spreading to some of my wooden furniture and I used this on it everywhere I’ve seen it and I can see the mold immediately dissipate. Of course you need to let it sit for a few minutes and then wipe it clean. I had to use it several different times on the carpet but now I haven’t seen it come back and on the wood furniture I only had to use it once and I haven’t seen it come back so far atleast. It also has a pleasant smell. I already bought a second bottle.

It works very well at removing the mold, but it can trigger your asthma. I recommend using gloves and a mask. We put a shower curtain around the area we were spraying (Ceiling) to help prevent it from raining down on other things in the room. The only problem we have is that it clogged pretty much immediately. We have to use a separate nozzle from another bottle to use it. This was a bit frustrating.

Had a patch of mold sprout in the back of the car in the carpet due to excess winter moisture. Was able to remove the colony with soap and water, but nothing i tired would get the unholy smell out. Didn't want to use bleach on it and have a nasty white spot - so i decided to give this product a try. The first treatment covered the entire foot area and was able to remove almost all the smell, just a whiff remained. The second time i sprayed just the area where the mold was growing directly and wiped it all out with paper towels. That got rid of the last bit. No stains / discoloration on the carpet at all. Product has a pleasant citrus-y smell, a little potent at first... but airs out after the first day, even in a car.

Smells great. Sprayer mechanism failed.

I've used tilex and Clorox for years with no issue. Usually see results after 10 mins and after scrubbing it's perfectly clean again. This did nothing but spear the mildew/mold. It smells awful which I could get past if it worked but it doesn't. Thoroughly scrubbed with a hard bristle brush and did nothing but smear the stain. Good thing I'm painting over it anyways but this product is trash especially for the carcinogens it contains. Stain removal: Useless. Cleaning ability: None. Safety: Carcinogenic. Spray quality: Only positive is it has great coverage even though it did nothing.

This stuff is amazing! We have a bathroom that doesnt get great airflow so when I started noticing mildew build up I knew I needed something to get rid of it. It takes off everything along with some mold that grew and it worked instantly! We will for sure use this again!

I bought this after seeing some reviews that it works on fabric. Our child's stroller was left in our garage, which has lots of moisture. We opened it to use it one day and wow, the amount of mold was wild. I sprayed it heavily and let it sit, waiting about 10 minutes before I would go wipe it off with a wet cloth. I did this about 5 times. The last time, after wiping it off, I scrubbed it with blue dawn liquid soap with a scrub brush you'd usually use for dishes. Then wiped it off again with water and put a fan on and left the fan on over night so it could dry. All of the mold is gone! We're taking it apart to put in the washing machine to make sure it's extra clean, but the mold is all gone. Highly recommend!
