This wheel was fairly easy to install after I finally managed to saw off the old wheel, although it was a bit of a challenge to get the second washer inserted with the holes lined up due to the tight fit.The axles do not spin freely the way inline skate wheels should, but it turns well enough, meaning that you can easily turn the wheel on the axle, but there's no way to make the wheel spin.It works fine as a replacement for a broken wheel of a large suitcase.
