Its nice to run across a product on Amazon that's really as good as the reviews suggest. Too often the reviews are fiction.This is probably the 20th screen protector I've purchased. I generally use soft but prefer hard like this one. My observations:-Very well made glass. Thick enough for rigidity. Excellent optical quality.-Follow the directions and simple stupid to install without a hint of bubbles.-Get it on crooked, lift gently and start over. Will keep adhering as its a static hold.-Do not use the dust lifter. Mine left adhesive all over the screen and required I start over with cleaning.I can't comment on how good it is with a touch screen as I have it turned off on all my cameras.

I’ve purchased tens of screen protectors for cameras, iPhones, iPads, etc — all the big name brands and the eBay cheap ones. This one is by far the best. It’s very easy to install (on my Leica M10-p), but what makes it the best is that it has an coating which repels fingerprints, dirt and water. This coating is far better than my other protectors and is easily better than the B&W lens filter MRC coating which is applied for camera lens filters (a very high end coating in itself).

Took me a few tries but eventually got it on perfectly without trapped bubbles. Hold the protector by the long edges with thumb and index (or middle) finger. Then align the short edge of the protector to either the left or right edge of the camera's LCD panel. Slowly peel off the plastic sheet backing on the protector while lowering the protector onto the LCD panel. It may take a few tries but the item does come with 2 protectors in case you mess up. Works for my Panasonic G9 although that model isn't listed in the product description.

I've tried several screen protectors for my cameras. The harder ones (like this one) tend to work better. It was easy to slap on, and I like the bonus of have two for what is essentially the price of one for several other brands. I sure hope it does not leave any residue when it is taken off, but as of now it is just perfect!

I used one screen for practice and threw it away. The second screen installed with a few bubbles. The instructions could be clearer.

Super easy install. No fuss when installing, line up a corner and a short side and it sits right into place.No loss in screen clarity.

The screen protector doesn’t stay attached to the lcd screen so when placing or removing it from a bag etc., it just slides off. Needs better adhesive to make it stick! Would not suggest for daily use.

Don’t waste your money on this thing , bad quality full of bubbles hard to remove , I bought these because I trust the reviews , I’ll send this back I’m gonna buy the official from Leica.
