Oh, but I do know!
This is a really stupid device. The selections, over which you have no control, are mostly horrible. Not funny, just annoying. Just another gadget I bought that will go away!

Volume too low !!
The volume level of the talking is very low. Can’t really hear it. Put different batteries in it and that did not help.
