Not as good as the previous model.
Already have the earlier model of this, the one with the speakers on the sides. That is very good for the money but this new model is no where as good. The battery life on the earlier model was not great but far better than the later model. It takes ages to charge and only runs for 4 hours. Pity, whilst Amazon is 1st class for returns it is still a pain to carefully pack and return any item.

Broke and the support is painful
Tablet working fine for a couple months. Now the WiFi has started working intermittently with all kinds of connection issues that come and go. I’ve googled it and contacted the manufacturer for fixes and they didn’t work. Contacted the support via amazon and that proved to be beyond useless. After explaining I had done all the manufacturers fixes - I was slowly walked through the manufacturers fixes... and told the problem was resolved...Now I’ve been told they can’t do anything more for now as it’s the weekend so places are closed, and Monday is the persons who was helping me day off so I’ll get further support on Tuesday...When I explained I didn’t want to use a faulty product until Tuesday, I was informed he understood I was frustrated but he’d speak to me Tuesday. I’m sure you can agree that’s uselessTried to request a replacement/refund but the options no longer available.Poor tablet, poor service, poor support.Spend a bit more and shop at a technology shop that will offer actual support in a realistic timeframe for valid reasons.

Poor value for money.
Takes 24 hours to charge and cuts out during use. Not very impressed with this item.
