Success in Southeast Michigan
Overall we are very satisfied with this seed variety pack. Majority of the seeds have germinated and produced exceptionally well in our square foot gardens in Southeast Michigan. As new gardener’s I’m not sure the reason behind why some seeds just won’t germinate or produce fruit; but most have. Problem seeds thus far have been parsley (wont germinate), corn (started great but died), floradade tomato (all plants died), rutgers tomato (fruit continues to turn black on bottoms), California wonder pepper (not producing fruit), early prolific squash (not producing fruit). Amazed at how well the majority of the seeds have done overall. Cherry tomato, yellow pear, golden jubilee, beefsteak and roma have produced so well I have to can 10lbs minimum each week and they are still full of ripening fruit. Hot peppers, kale, lettuce, broccoli, spinach, beets, peas, beans, dill, zucchini squash, eggplant, pumpkins, melons and most tomato varieties have proven success in our garden and would warrant our recommendation of these seeds!

No planting instructions = Useless product!
The seeds don't come with planting instructions. You buy the seeds off of amazon and are suppose to go to one of their websites for planting instructions, but since none of their websites quit working after the amazon returned window has closed, you're screwed. All I can say about them now is that at least I did receive my seeds and at least I can put in a ton of research and find the planting instructions for each of the plants in the kit. Lesson learned.

Held for months and most of the seeds took
I bought this as a Christmas gift to my boyfriend who kept it in a cool, dark place (basement). We used barely 1/4 of the seeds this year and they all mostly took. There are so many variations that we used and absolutely cannot wait to plant more next crop season!

I would give this a 5/5, however, I felt the germination rate of the seeds is greatly exaggerated. While it claims over 80%, I can say, having planted every variety in this pack and being an avid gardener who knows what they are doing, the number is more realistically, around 60-70%, however, being heirloom varieties, I did expect that.
