Love these! The holes are large enough for pink Himalayan salt and course ground black pepper. The top twists off to reveal a large opening that can be filled without resorting to a funnel. You don't have to turn them upside-down to fill them. The clear space at the bottom lets you easily see when it's getting low on salt or pepper. These are as practical as the glass restaurant style shakers, but much prettier. And they don't show the fingerprints like glass does. I have ordered 4 sets so far.

These are better than I thought they’d be. Some reviewers complained they looked cheap and I didn’t think so at all, and I’m pretty fussy about things looking nice. They were a good size, bigger than what I have, so I won’t have to refill them so often. They have a very clean modern look, which it what attracted me to them. Well made, no scratches anywhere. Some complained about the top being plastic and cheapening the look but even though it’s plastic on the top, it’s well molded and matches the bottom color, looks fine. The silver is stainless steel so it won’t rust on me as some shakers do after a while. I wish the holes were slightly smaller, the salt comes out a little much, but then I’m not a salt person. Shaking sideways will remedy that. Color was better and brighter than the photo. I bought the lime green and they look a little faded on photo and WAY better in person. I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase, I thought they mighty look cheap when I ordered but they have a higher end look. The body looks like a coated metal, very nice feel to it.

I think this shaker set is very attractive and I use it on special occasions such as holidays or festive meals. Since salt can cause corrosion, I like that the inside is made of glass which I think that is the safest material. The shakers also hold a nice amount of salt and pepper so I don't need to keep refilling them.

These are the perfect size for my cooking set. Not too small, not too big. Easy to tell by color what I am reaching for.

These shakers are great quality and look very nice. The best part is they can be refilled by just twisting off the top. No more turning upside down and covering holes to fill your shakers. Very convenient! They shake just the right amount of salt and pepper, not too much and not too little. The only con would be salt and pepper can get in the crevice/ring around the top of the shakers and can be hard to get out/clean. I used canned air to clean the crevice, and that works perfectly.

...Can’t believe I’m writing this detailed of a review for a salt and pepper shaker... lol I’ve been using these about every day for the last 2 weeks, with a 4-person meal plan with Hello Fresh and EveryPlate (btw, I LOVE these services). I’ve gone through about ½ of the bottles and they’ve been working great! Reading the 1-star reviews, the biggest complaints I saw was color/texture mismatch, too much coming out, the lid falling off and it not being dishwasher safe. I got the black and white bottles. Color is matched, but texture is slightly mismatched. The lid is more matte and the body is more glossy. Noticeable if you’re looking for it, but no biggie. The salt comes out significantly faster, but still comes out just fine. If anything I would just want the pepper to come out faster. Like I said, I’ve been using them almost daily for 2 weeks. I just checked for the first time and the lids are still on tight. No biggie to hand wash these. I won’t be putting them in the dishwasher, just to be safe. These look good and work good 5 out of 5 all around. Performs on par with a $500 luxury salt or pepper shaker :-P

You never know when you order online just what something may look like in person, but I love these. Easy to clean, too!
