Runs great.
Bought this to replace a tired wore out z50 engine. (I’m restoring) Bolted write up, started on 3rd kick. Runs beautifully. Brought out the kid in me once again. Has plenty of power, I can be in 4th gear and roll on the gas and wheelie down the road. Great value, big upgrade from what I had. Just purchased a second one the other day for a crf70 build. Can’t wait to get started.

Pretty good
Pretty good engine, 1 problem on these Chinese engines is that they won’t start if the clutch is engaged. It took a while to find this out but when I did started right up and works great also the shift pattern is:1-n-2-3-4.

Worth the money
Started right up. It comes with oil already installed but I recommend replacing it with an oil you can trust. It's as close to a Honda as you can get. Based on reviews, it should perform and last a while. I'm using it on a Honda S65. It bolts right up. I have to convert the bike to 12 volts but not an issue. Purchased an additional harness to accommodate the wiring. Have a kill or ignition switch installed before you start this engine! It will let off some smoke as it heats up and burns off surface oil that might be left on it. The carburetor idled high out the box and needs adjustment but if you're using this engine, you should know how to do this.

Smoke like a fogger
Engine runs well, starts easy, after 200yds of slow riding it now smokes badly, another short ride down the street and it still smokes. drips oil from exhaust port.Would like an answer from seller.

Motor seems good.... carb needs help
The media could not be loaded. What you to know...1. The CDI does not plug into the same color connector... it plugs into the white one on the wiring harness2. Out of the 5 wires with bullet connectors from the motor you only need to connect 3 to get the motor running: Black-Red, Green, Blue3. 2 wires with bullet connectors on the wiring harness, Black-Yellow and Green, go to your coilNow bolt on your carburetor, thin gasket between motor and carburetor intake , thick one between carburetor and intake... if needed. Some motor oil (mine shipped dry), a little gas and it should be ready to run.Now the bad part is that, like others have complained, the carburetor is not good. Mine dripped at first and if you look at the video... it turned into a full on monsoon! I've contacted the seller, who seems responsive (Hannah) and hopefully she will make it right. I'll update this review accordingly.UPDATE:I've not heard anything from their customer service in in almost a week. So I ended up disassembling the carburetor and found a marred float pin and the copper tube that the float pin is in had machine marks. I used some 1200 grit sandpaper to clean up the marring on the float pin. Then I used some Flitz and Q-tips to polish out the float pin tube. I also blew the whole thing out with carb cleaner. I found some brass debris on my hand after the full bath. I would not be surprised if some manufacturing debris ended up sticking the float open. Only time will tell. Stay tuned.Final updateCustomer Service never got back to me. However, my carb polish and clean job seems to have solved the overflow problem. Removing another star for poor customer service.

Great engine
Only complaint is lack of installation and wiring instructions. Feels like a much larger motor, has plenty of power and speed with a factory Honda atc rear end

It works. Look at the comments for wiring.
Looked in the comments as for the wiring. Everything fit sound except the carb intake, sits to the side an my frame was in the way on the z20. Had to use old intake. Started first kick, carb needed a little tunning after. Clutch seems smooth. The shifter is way too long.Especially if this is for a kid. Had to change the gearing front sprocket down to a 14T might even need a 13 T. Remember y’all there’s no oil in the bike. Besides that 2 weeks later bikes still running good.
