So far so good.Straightforward installation.No need for extra adaptor for 2015 BMW f30.It is brighter than stock H7.Best price for H7 LED conversion kit.No flickering.I will update feedback of durability after month of using this product.At this point, it works great.Day two, light is flickering and I had a message from dashboard "Mal function low beam left and right".Seller sent decoder and I installed.Decoder has polar sensitive but I have no idea which direction is working correctly.First try has been failed but finally it works.Four star due to ambitious instructions for decoder installation.

After trying several different LED bulb kits in my 2006 Beetle TDI, I have finally found a kit that not only fits inside the cramped confines of the OE headlight assembly, but with room to spare; and the lack of external drivers makes fitting all the easier. There is breathing room under the dust covers (which should NEVER be modified on Beetles).Beam patterns are very good and I didn’t have to do much gross aim adjustment. I will bring the high and low beam patterns closer with internal adjustments to close up the gap (shadow) between them (this existed before LEDs).The bulbs do not flicker at all and cause no errors - all good there.Not quite plug-and-play:Installation was a bit tricky, due to the thicker baseplate. I had to help the high beam socket spring clips over the thicker flange so they locked in and held down the bulb snugly.The low beams were more challenging. The wire hold-down bale didn’t fit around the thicker-circumference body and I had to carefully coax it into the correct locked-down position with needlenose pliers.Lastly, I get some radio frequency interference (RFI) on my aftermarket FM radio - it behaves like my antenna is disconnected and there is a faint hiss when the headlights are on (more so with high beams too). This problem only affects FM radio reception - nothing else. To be fair, there isn’t much in the way of FM out my way anyway, and the already-weak NPR station has almost disappeared completely. I can mitigate this a little with ferrite RFI chokes.I don’t consider the above negatives show-stoppers because I am able to solve all of them myself and Beetles are weird anyway; so no overall star deduction.2/2020 Update:One of the LEDs (there are 4 on each bulb) in the low-beam position started to occasionally go out. The seller replaced the pair of bulbs no problem.

These LEDs have a poor beam pattern. The pattern can be changed by rotating the LED within its mounting ring, but pattern does not really improve, it just changes to a different weird pattern. The attached pictures show the beam at the two limits of the adjustment range. At one limit, there is a large dark area center bottom. At the other limit, it's too bright center top.The shape of the LEDs is good and they are pretty easy to install. Remove the base ring first. The overall brightness is good. I measured power consumption of 24W, about average.Installed in a 2006 Subaru Impreza WRX.

I installed NINEO 10000LM on the left high beam and Hikari 9600LM on the right to see how they are different. Actually I couldn't tell any differences in terms of color temperature or brightness. However, after 5 minutes, the heat sink on NINEO became too hot to touch. The heat sink on the Hikari was also hot, but I could still hold it. My guesstimate is that these run 40 degrees hotter than Hikari. I doubt they will last long. I will return these and keep the Hikari.

Lights are bright but I have tried to contact the seller to no avail. The bulb failure light on my 2004 Volvo XC70 stays on after installation, saying low beam failure. The seller has not contacted me up to now. I have a repair shop and could be a plus for this seller.

Be careful, you will have to pay for a return if your lights have a tight fit. I wasted 7 dollars for absolutely nothing. I have a very tight headlight application, held in with a wire clamp. The clamp does not fit around the bulb base. Don't waste your time.

I've had this product since my order date I guess 3 months ago and my driver side bulb last night all of a sudden dimmed really bad and sounds way louder from the fan in the back of the bulb, I'd like to know more about warranty because these were great bulbs

cheap for a reason. nice when new, but 1st pair failed within couple days, got a free replacement but took some time. bought 3 more pairs. 2nd pair failed in two weeks, 3rd pair 1 month, 4th pair in my projector fogs and 1 side of a bulb is failed as well. currently driving around wit hi, low, and fogs installed but only 1/2 of each bulb working. i think heat is the reason for failures.

This product is not compatible with a 2010 Subaru Outback. The fan on the back prevents the spring clip to hold in place. So it's useless and false advertising. The seller denied my refund because it was out of the 30day exchange policy.

it was stated that the bulbs are fit for the 2014 VW Tiguan. that's wrong! they do not fit! so back!
