I was going to return this product because it's big and leaves little room for weight plates on a 5-foot bar. However, I like the build quality, so I have decided to purchase a 7-foot bar for my new t-bar row and will use my 5-foot bar for something else. The only negative would be, if used on a smaller, five or probably even a 6-foot bar, it takes much of the bar sleeve, leaving little room to add weight plates. The handle is nearly the length of 2 of my hands. Other than that, it's a good product and a reasonable price.

It’s a good product . Exactly as described but only get it if you have a long 7 foot bar. Maybe 6 foot will work but I had a 5 foot bar and the attachment took up 80% of the sleeve and I could barely fit 2 plates on

UPDATE:it’s been a while now, I’ve actually attached it to the bottom of my weight tree, works a charm and keeps it out the way (attached an image). The weight rack has 80kg of bumper weights and then the tree and doesn’t move when doing landmine rows or pushes with 70kg+ on so for the money this thing is great.Added this to my strength shop half rack, great bit of kit for the price and adds a lot more workout options, would recommend for the price as this will fit any rack.

either ensure the base is thick enough for the bolts to go through - wood makes it lighter to move around if using outside or into concrete if stationary.
