Good stuff--Dr. T;s snake away
I bought this stuff last year. I kept it in the container on the front porch. I live in the country. I bought it after I found a rattlesnake in my house. It smells terrible, so I was afraid to put it out around the house because it smelled like it would poison anything that ate it. While this stuff was sitting out on my porch in the container all year, I did not have one single snake or other big critter like a raccoon or groundhog visit. I got tired of the smell two weeks ago, and threw it out. Suddenly a week and a half ago, an animal-I think a groundhog-started hanging around the porch breaking stuff; and tonite, I went outside to sit on the front porch , and there was a BIG snake on my living room window eating the little nestlings that a flycatcher pair had been brooding for the past two weeks. Terrible sight, the snake was hanging down with a little bird in its mouth. So, I am now purchasing this stuff again, and will NEVER throw it out. Smells terrible, works great. I recommend it highly.

Eeeek Snakes!
My wife is deathly afraid of snakes, eventhough the only snakes we'll see here in southeast missouri are garter and black rat snakes, which are both non-poisonous and keep mice and bugs away, i still dont want them in my house. so i put this stuff on the crawl space entry as well as the dryer vent. i have seen snakes in my hard, but that doesn't bother me. so long as they stay out of the house! stuff stinks, it's pure sulfur, but you have to determine how bad you really dont want snakes around and if it's as bad as my wife's desire, you will put up w/ the smell for a bit. it doesn't seem like a lot comes in the container, but it goes a long way, trust me.

Does not work! Waste of your hard earned money!
We applied the Snake Away spreading it like the video suggested. The snakes just laid on top of it. We could not believe it! It was a waste of money. Can't find it on the store shelves, so we ordered on website. Maybe the stores have determined that it does not work and will not carry it anymore. Bought two different times to get the amount we thought we would need to go around the house. Now I wish there is a way to get my money returned. Please tell me how to get my money back! If you like wasting your money, this is a way to do it.

It keeps the Snakes Away!
I have a huge woodpile in my back yard where all the snakes live. I sprinkle Snake Away around the area where I don't want any snakes and they stay away! It is the BEST!

Mr. T's products are very effective
I've used Mr. T's pest control products for years, and they are very effective. Just a note that the picture shows a hard plastic container, but I received a soft bag of granules instead. Not a big deal, but I'd prefer the container in the photo since it's easier to store. This product does not repel all snakes, and as someone else said, reading the instructions is crucial to its success.

So far, so good...
I wanted to wait a little bit before reviewing this stuff, but I figured - four rain storms later, it's only fair to say that this stuff works.Have not seen my "friendly" yard companion the garter snake since application. This stuff really stinks the first few days, so if you have neighbors over the fence, give them a courtesy of a heads-up. It's been about a month now, and I have not seen my snake yet. It had rained hard on several occasions, and the snake is not back yet - the smell is gone though. We'll see if the snake returns.
