No customer service but good product so far
If you need any customer support you won't get it. Good product, terrible support. Emailed them and they couldn't answer my question about dual operation. They said customer service would call. They never called me back and I called them 3 times and left messages, nothing. The manual doesn't cover everything and is in questionable English. Very good night vision and daytime is clear as well. The app is pretty good but I've had it freeze up a few times at 2am in the morning for some reason while running it over night.

Very easy setup!! Plug and play. Sharp and clear images.
This has to be one of the easiest systems to set up! I used my own hard drive format was quick. Cameras are wireless except for power, simply plug in and they connect automatically. You have all the fine tuning options as well, so you can block areas from motion sensing and sensitivity. Images are sharp and clear even when going to full screen, definitely HD quality. Remote app on my android phone was up and running fast.If your new to security camera systems or have experience you will like the ease of setup of the wireless OHWOAI Security Camera System. No yearly fee.
Easy set-up. Added a hard drive because it didn’t come with one. Love having recordings and no fee for the cloud. Still use my motion camera with phone app for alerts but this is a nice system for historical records.

Couldnt get it to work.
I could not get my 4 cameras to sink up with the system. I've tried so many times. So I had to neatly repack it to send it back. I was very disappointed. As it seemed to be a good system. I guess I got the one bad one.

Good camera for the money
Very good video quality. I bought the cheaper version, I guess. I had to purchase a drive from best buy for $75 before I could use this. And I had to buy a splitter for usb port and a flash drive to record anything. But now it is working good. You will need to install a 120 volt receptical where ever you decide to mount the camera. So if your not an electrician, plan on paying one to put a plug at each location

Short power cords
Easy to install, easy to set up. You can download an app on your phone to view your cameras.The one issue I have is the short power cords. The DVR power cord is only 2/3 ft long and the camera power cords are 10ft. Many of the places I want to install the camera(s) the power cords just don't reach.

nothing to dislike very good customer service and very easy to setuo system will buy again when upgrading or adding new systems for family or friends

Great price for the cameras
Recieved quickly, the clarity & night vision is amazing. I got the one without HDD so I'm officially working on getting one. In the process, I'm wanting to load the cameras on my phone and watch from there and I will see if they can help. I will keep you posted.
