I used Mt. Capra products in the past, was always pleased. Goat protein powder is another excellent product, blends well with my morning yogurt, easy to digest.

So many protein powders have additional junk ingredients. I love that this has simple ingredients and that it is a whole protein. I mix with Drink Simple maple water for a great post work-out recovery drink.

I love all the forms of Capra clean. I prefer the taste of goat whey to cows. I hate to give them a three on cost as you can’t get it cheaper elsewhere so I have to pay the price but I think it could be lowered. I’ve never figured out why you pay more to leave ingredients out. But that seems to be the case.

Glad this is available as bovine products don't work for me very well...
