Its a great sauce. I use it to add taste and flavor to any dish. I can use it even as a salad dressing.I think the failing of this brand is that they market themselves as a "better Sriracha". Sriracha has a distinct flavor that this sauce doesnt have.

My kids and I love it, and I love the fact that it's just a bottle of veggies--awesome! You're paying extra to purchase it on Amazon, but buying a multi-pack of bottles saves you money over the single bottle price. It's a little spicy and has great flavor. For the first few days after we opened the bottle, we poured it on nearly everything. Good stuff!

What can I say? This product is a great alternative to Regular store brands. If you’re a diabetic, or close to one, this Sriracha sauce alternative is outstanding!

So, classic Siracha is nice enough, but I much prefer this stuff. Could be hotter (but what wouldn't I say that about?), great flavor, makes so many things better.

I mix this with mayo for a sauce for Mu Shu pork that is amazing!

Kind of mild for a hot sauce , but the flavor is ok.
